Review: Omg, so not hesitate to get this dress! By far my favorite thing I have worn from Shein. You can dress it up or down with footwear. I see why some reviews said the arms were tight but it wasn’t a big issue for me. Still fit great. Quality was good and didn’t feel cheap at all!
